Management - Development and commercial know-how of Mechanical Proprietary & Electrical Proprietary Components like – O-Ring, Oil Seals, Wiring Harness, Starter Motor, Alternator, Mechanical & Electrical Switches, Horn, Battery, Bearings, Bearing Shell, Air Cleaner, Filters, Rubber & Plastics etc - Technically sound in manufacturing processes of mentioned commodities - New projects Tooling/Capex estimation - Capacity evaluation of suppliers - Floating RFQ, Quote Synthesis, Technical Synthesis closures, DVP closures with suppliers/R&D; - Should have good knowledge of vendor database 2.

Quality





Improvement - Capable enough to coordinate with the supplier and QA team for quality improvement - Monitor Supplier performance to access ability to meet quality and delivery requirements - Co-ordination with SQA team for sample//APQP/PPAP closures - Assessment for new suppliers Experience minimum 6 years of releavnt commodity experience Industry Preferred preferrably Automotive Industry Qualifications B.Tech (Mechanical) General Requirements Negotiation with supplier and ability to bring customer delight at every step and every action.
