Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day civil construction and execution activities at project sites.

- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely completion.

- Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other civil works as applicable.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.

- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material consumption, and equipment utilization.

- Review drawings, identify site discrepancies, and coordinate resolution of technical issues.

- Manage subcontractors and contractors, including work allocation and performance monitoring.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality procedures, and statutory requirements.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Assist in cost control, quantity estimation, billing verification, and reconciliation of materials.

- Identify project risks, resolve site-level issues, and report critical matters to senior management.





- Ensure proper documentation, inspection records, and handover of completed works.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project execution.

- Robust knowledge of construction methodologies, drawings, BOQs, and quality standards.

- Experience in contractor management, site coordination, and project monitoring.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project or equivalent planning tools.

- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects, depending on project requirements.

- Experience managing multiple contractors and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

- Exposure to project planning, budgeting, billing, and quality control.
