Role Description The Assistant Manager – Industry Interaction (Placements) is a full time, on-site role based at Amrapali University in Haldwani. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, coordinating campus placements, and identifying internship and job opportunities for learners across various programs. The position includes organizing recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, and career guidance sessions, while regularly interacting with employers to understand their talent needs.

The Assistant

Manager will maintain placement records, support resume-building and interview preparation activities,



and collaborate with faculty and administration to align student skills with industry expectations. The role also requires regular reporting on placement outcomes and continuous improvement of placement processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to effectively understand employer needs and placement processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management to support learner development and readiness for recruitment.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies to ensure adherence to institutional and organizational guidelines during placement activities.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills with corporate and institutional stakeholders.
- Experience in campus placements, corporate outreach, or talent acquisition in an academic or training environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple events and timelines, and use digital tools for placement tracking and communication.
