Role Description As an Assistant Manager at GLOBAL E-RETAILERS, you will support daily operational management of retail and e-commerce activities in an in office role based in Gurugram. This full-time position includes overseeing teams, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring efficient execution of processes and workflows.

You will assist in planning and implementing operational and sales strategies, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and help resolve issues that affect customer experience or business performance. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing data to identify improvements, supporting training initiatives,



and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong operational management skills, including team coordination, workflow oversight, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with retail or e-commerce processes, including order management, inventory coordination, and customer service support.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel or other business intelligence platforms.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and guide team members.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field; advanced certifications in retail or operations management are a plus.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in an assistant managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
