NOVA Fabrics is looking for a finance qualified to manage financial planning, cash flow monitoring, budgeting, profitability analysis and management reporting. The candidate will provide financial insights to support business decisions, improve working capital management and strengthen financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

- Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Analyse revenue, expenses, gross margins and operating profitability.
- Compare actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improving profitability.
- Provide financial analysis to support management decisions.

2. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Track cash inflows, outflows and fund requirements.
- Monitor receivables, payables and working capital.
- Analyse customer outstanding balances and payment cycles.
- Support planning for vendor payments and cash availability.

3. Financial Reporting & MIS

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards.
- Develop reports covering revenue, profitability, expenses and cash flow.
- Analyse financial trends and highlight significant variances.
- Present financial performance and actionable insights to management.

4. Costing & Profitability Analysis

- Analyse product-wise, customer-wise and order-wise profitability.
- Evaluate gross margins and cost components.




- Monitor fabric purchase costs, inventory holding costs and other relevant expenses.
- Support pricing decisions through cost and margin analysis.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

- Prepare departmental budgets and expense forecasts.
- Monitor expenses against approved budgets.
- Investigate significant budget variances.
- Recommend measures to improve cost efficiency.

6. Financial Controls & Risk Management

- Establish and monitor financial controls and approval processes.
- Review financial transactions and identify unusual variances.
- Support internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure accurate financial records and timely financial reporting.

7. Business & Management Coordination

- Work with sales, purchase, inventory and operations teams to obtain financial information.
- Assess the financial impact of business decisions.
- Provide management with financial insights, forecasts and recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 4–7 years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting or ERP systems.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and prepare management reports.
- Experience in trading, textiles, fabrics or distribution will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
