Assistant Manager- Finance

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Manager - Finance to join our dynamic finance team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth financial operations within the organization, supporting senior management with strategic financial planning, data analysis, and day-to-day management of financial activities.

As the Assistant Manager - Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, guaranteeing accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with other departments to provide insightful financial guidance that supports organizational goals and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Manage budget preparation and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Support internal control procedures and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors during audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior finance staff to foster qualified growth within the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; a professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial software applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for presenting financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
