Learning & Development (L&D;) Professional | Anjar, Gandhidham, Gujarat

Join Welspun Corp Ltd and drive learning excellence at one of India's leading steel and pipe manufacturing organizations.

We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development professional (5-9 years) to lead training initiatives for a large workforce of 3,000+ white-collar and blue-collar employees at our Anjar, Gandhidham manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background (B.E./B.Tech) and proven expertise in manufacturing workforce capability building.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and drive Training Need Identification (TNI) and Training Need Analysis (TNA) across functions.
- Design, implement, and monitor annual training calendars and capability development programs.
- Manage training for operators, engineers, supervisors, and staff employees.
- Lead competency mapping, skill gap assessments, and succession-focused development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO training requirements and audit preparedness.
- Monitor training effectiveness, maintain training records, LMS data, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Support induction, onboarding, technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.
- Partner with plant leadership and functional heads to build a high-performance learning culture.

What We're Looking For B.E./B.Tech Fulltime degree (Mandatory)





5-9 years of L&D; experience in manufacturing/industrial environments

Experience handling both white-collar and blue-collar workforce training

Exposure to large employee populations (2,000+ preferred)

Strong expertise in TNI, TNA, Competency Mapping, and Learning Interventions

Hands-on experience with ISO audits and training compliance (Mandatory)

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience in Steel, Pipes, Metals, Engineering, Cement, Chemicals, Energy, Automotive, or Heavy Manufacturing industries preferred
