Job Summary

Dabotics India Private Limited is looking for a responsible and motivated Assistant Manager to support daily business operations, coordinate with team members, manage client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth in the field of AI, Robotics, STEM Education, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior management in daily business operations and planning.
- Manage and coordinate business development activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and institutional clients.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, presentations, and client visits.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Support sales, marketing, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Identify new business opportunities and help achieve company targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education:



Graduate in any discipline; MBA will be preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in business operations, sales, administration, or management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and reporting.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
