Job Summary-We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Operations to manage and drive performance for an outbound collections process. The ideal candidate should have strong BPO operations experience, excellent people-management skills, and a proven understanding of collections, productivity, and key operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the outbound collections process and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and collection teams to improve productivity and performance.
- Monitor and drive key KPI/KRA/SLA metrics including AHT, productivity, conversion, quality, attendance, shrinkage, and attrition.
- Analyse operational data to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct RCA for productivity, quality, and performance deviations and drive action plans.
- Ensure effective utilisation of dialer systems, calling strategies, and available resources.
- Track team performance and provide regular performance reviews and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and client expectations.




- Work closely with support functions to address operational challenges and improve process efficiency.
- Drive employee engagement, performance improvement, and overall team discipline.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–6 years of relevant BPO Operations experience, preferably in collections.
- Strong experience in outbound calling/collections processes.
- Proven experience in people management and team handling.
- Strong understanding of KPI, KRA, SLA, AHT, shrinkage, attrition, BQ, and RCA.
- Hands-on experience with dialer-based operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.Preferred Candidate Profile
- BPO/outsourcing background is mandatory.
- Prior experience managing high-volume outbound operations will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong collections operations and team-management experience will be given preference.
- Willingness to work from Rourkela, Odisha

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
