Key Responsibilities

- Conduct awareness sessions, training programs, and presentations for schools, brands, corporates, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Support EPR business development, compliance, and client engagement activities.
- Stay updated on CPCB guidelines and EPR regulations.
- Support EPR return filing and compliance for E-Waste, Battery Waste, Plastic Waste, and Tyre Waste.
- Drive business outreach through LinkedIn, calls, emails, and other channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of EPR and sustainability services.
- Prepare reports, presentations, Excel sheets, and other business-related documents.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in training,



awareness programs, events, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Confidence in engaging with schools, corporate clients, brands, and other stakeholders.
- Valuable working knowledge of CPCB guidelines and EPR compliance.
- Familiarity with EPR portals and return filing will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong command of MS PowerPoint, with the ability to create skilled and engaging presentations.
- A proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to take ownership of client engagement and business outreach.
