Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Workforce Planning and Forecasting Collaborate with leaders to analyze future skill gaps and map long-term staffing demands based on company growth plans. Design and refine talent acquisition strategies that align recruitment metrics with organizational goals. Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill or critical future roles before vacancies formally open.

2. Manage career pages, job boards, and social media or qualified network presence (such as LinkedIn Talent Solutions).Run recruitment marketing campaigns and engage with industry groups, universities, and alumni networks.

3. Sourcing and Passive Talent Mapping Source active and passive candidates through digital channels,



resume databases, employee referrals, and networking events.

4. Screening, Assessment and Selection Manage full-cycle recruiting from the initial intake meeting through interviews, skill assessments, and offers. Implement skills-based hiring via task-based tests, structured interviews, and digital screening tools. Conduct background checks, reference verification, and handle offer negotiations and onboarding support.

5. Maintain transparent communication across candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
