- Ensuring all the MPDS - Gate ways requirements ( Manufacturing Related requirements.
Ensuring
Sustainable packaging and Logistics cost Optimisation by Increasing the Qty / trolley
- Developing Line and Logistics layout by convincing the required stake holders. FTG and Spares planning,
Procurement and Establishing to mfg the new product
- Prepare and follow PFMEA/MFMEA of Equipments.
Design
Approval of required systems with Project tracking
- Installation and commissioning of equipments with punch item list and without missing the Project Time lines
- Supports production department for day to day activites and smooth implementation of Installed Equipment
- Develop BIW process plans for Manual and Robotic welding Lines
- Installation and commissioning with post SOP support for Process and cycle time prove out
