The team focuses on finding optimal solutions that balance price and design, aiming to deliver reliable, effective systems for diverse lifting and material handling needs.

Job Role Description:

Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, servers, data center operations, network and security systems, cloud services, and enterprise IT applications, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and business continuity.

- IT Infrastructure Management

- Manage servers, storage, desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and wireless systems.
- Plan infrastructure upgrades, installations, maintenance, and capacity; maintain documentation, asset inventories, and configuration records.

2. Server and Data Center Operations
- Manage physical/virtual servers, Windows and Linux environments, and virtualization platforms such as Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Monitor server performance, storage, hardware health, operating systems, and critical services; maintain UPS, power backup, cooling, physical access, and equipment safety.
- Plan server upgrades, migrations, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure improvements.

3. Network and IT Security




- Manage LAN/WAN, internet leased lines, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and inter-site connectivity.
- Configure firewall policies, network access controls, secure remote access, and segmentation; manage endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, patching, access permissions, and system logs.
- Resolve network/security issues and implement appropriate security controls.

4. Backup, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
- Maintain backup policies for servers, virtual machines, applications, and business data; monitor jobs, retention, offsite copies, and recovery procedures.
- Conduct restoration tests and disaster recovery drills; maintain recovery plans to ensure continuity and minimize downtime.

5. IT Operations and Monitoring
- Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, system logs, and critical services; manage OS updates, software installations, patching, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and maintain incident, problem, change, and service-request processes.

6. Cloud Services and Enterprise Applications
- Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, cloud storage, user accounts, access permissions, MFA, email, collaboration tools, and subscription renewals.




- Support cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure; monitor service availability, security configurations, and license utilization.

7. IT Asset, License and Compliance Management
- Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, subscriptions, warranties, support contracts, installations, allocations, renewals, and compliance.
- Coordinate procurement, vendor support, maintenance contracts, and upgrades; maintain IT policies, SOPs, and audit documentation.

8. IT Service Delivery and Team Management
- Lead the IT support team, assign responsibilities, monitor task completion, and ensure timely incident and service-request resolution.
- Coordinate with departments, vendors, and service providers; prepare IT budgets, infrastructure proposals, operational reports, and project updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT service quality, security, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 10–15 years of relevant experience
- Windows Server, Linux fundamentals, virtualization and server hardware; networking, TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching and firewall administration; backup/disaster recovery, infrastructure monitoring and endpoint security; Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and cloud administration; IT asset management, software licensing, vendor management and IT documentation.
- Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure in a manufacturing or multi-location organization. Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, or IT service management.
