We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager – Solar Project Sales to drive project sales and business development across southern India.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate Solar Project Sales for C&I; Open Access Turnkey Projects, Rooftop EPC and Industrial BTM Projects .
- Develop new customers and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to techno-commercial closure and order booking .
- Build strong relationships with industrial & commercial customers, CXOs, promoters, consultants and channel partners .
- Identify and develop opportunities for Solar + BESS / BESS solutions .
- Drive regional sales targets, project pipeline and business growth.

Desired Profile

- 10–15 years of experience in Solar Project Sales / C&I; Business Development .
- Proven experience in Open Access, Rooftop EPC and BTM Solar Projects .
- BESS sales experience preferred.
- Solid customer network across south India, particularly Coimbatore
- Strong commercial, negotiation and project-sales skills.
