Role Description The Assistant Front Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik at Sula’s vineyard hospitality properties. This role supports the front office operations by supervising daily reception activities, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring smooth guest flow in coordination with other departments. The position is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, resolving guest inquiries and concerns efficiently, and promoting a welcoming, professional setting.

Manager helps train and guide front office team members, oversees scheduling and administrative tasks,



and supports implementation of front office policies and procedures. This role also contributes to enhancing guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality, handling feedback, and helping drive consistent improvements in the overall visitor experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Front Office and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and effective Communication.
- Candidates should possess competencies in Office Administration and basic documentation management.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or tourism-focused properties is beneficial.
- Ability to supervise teams, handle guest issues calmly, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
