Role Description The Assistant General Manager Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for driving sales performance and supporting overall sales operations for Atlantis Heights. This position involves managing the sales team, overseeing daily sales activities, and ensuring that prospective buyers receive qualified, high-quality service throughout the sales cycle. The role includes developing and implementing sales strategies, tracking sales targets, preparing reports, and coordinating with marketing to support lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues effectively.
- General Management and Team Management capabilities, including supervising staff, assigning responsibilities, and coaching for performance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills relevant to real estate or residential projects.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh and collaborate across functions such as marketing and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; experience in real estate sales or luxury residential projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for reporting and pipeline management.
