Assistant Manager - ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

Location: Sari, Ahmedabad

Experience: 3-8 Years

Role Summary

We are looking for an ERP Executive with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Manufacturing Module) and CRM to support daily ERP operations, user training, process improvements, and system administration. The role involves working closely with Production, Planning, Stores, Purchase, Sales, Service, and Finance teams to ensure efficient business processes and smooth ERP functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM.




- Support Manufacturing processes including BOM, Routing, Production Orders, MRP, Inventory, and Warehouse Management.
- Resolve user issues and coordinate with ERP support partners.
- Maintain master data and ensure data accuracy.
- Support Sales, Service, Procurement, and Inventory-related processes.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and MIS using ERP and Power BI.
- Conduct user training and prepare SOPs/documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities.

Desired Profile
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Manufacturing Module).
- Good understanding of Production Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes.
- Knowledge of CRM applications, Power BI, Excel, and ERP reporting.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
