Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and passionate CA Articled Assistants to execute Governance, Risk, Compliance and Technology projects. This is a core client-facing role. You will own the thoroughness of your deliverables and communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients, taking on more responsibility as you grow.

What You'll Work On

- GRC and Risk Advisory: Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Control Matrix design, Risk Control Self-Assessment, Third Party Risk Assessment
- Internal Audit and Assurance: Internal audits,



concurrent audits, process audits, revenue audits, vendor audits, Internal Financial Controls
- Process Transformation: SOP documentation and business process re-engineering that changes how organisations work
- Resilience: Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning (BCDRP)
- Regulatory Compliance: Compliance reviews under RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, PFRDA and other regulatory guidelines
- Technology and Data: Data analytics, IT/IS audits, technology audits, data migration audits, information security
- Future-Ready Work: ESG advisory and readiness

Stipend 1st Year = INR 18,000

2nd Year = INR 20,000

Performance-based perks are offered in addition.

Qualifications

- CA Intermediate, both groups cleared
- IT and OC trainings completed
- Transfer cases are allowed

Location, Work Mode, Working Hours, Working Days and Duration ? Base location: Thane (Hiranandani Estate) and Client travel across and outside Mumbai, as projects require.

- Work Mode: Onsite
- Working Hours: 8 to 9 Hours on average or as per client requirements
- Working Days: Monday to Friday with two Saturdays working or as per client requirements
- Duration: 2 Years
