We’re looking for an experienced sales leader to drive our Consumer Durable Loan business, lead a sales team and strengthen dealer and channel relationships across the South Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive monthly sales and consumer durables loan disbursement targets.
- Lead, train and motivate Sales Executives and Relationship Officers.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers and channel partners.




- Expand market presence through new business opportunities and regular market visits.
- Monitor team productivity and coordinate with Credit and Operations for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure adherence to KYC requirements and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

- Graduate with 8+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Consumer Durable Finance
- Prior team management experience is mandatory.
- Robust leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
- Good market knowledge and a consistent focus on achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel weekly across South India.
