Role Description

The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, strategy execution, and client acquisition within the designated region. This full time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves developing and managing a sales pipeline,



identifying prospective clients, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong B2B relationships.

Responsibilities include working closely with the marketing and operations teams, driving market expansion, conducting market research, and providing detailed sales reports. Additional duties may include coaching and mentoring junior sales team members to enhance performance.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in Sales Management, Client Acquisition, and Account Relationship Management
- Excellent negotiation, Communication, and Networking abilities
- Proficiency in Market Research and Strategic Planning
- Knowledge of the solar energy industry, including On-Grid and Hybrid systems, and energy storage solutions, is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to work in an on-site role
