We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage field sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through B2B sales and corporate tie-ups.
- Recruit, train and supervise field sales executives.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify potential customers and develop new markets.
- Monitor daily field activities, follow-ups and conversions.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales and team handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated and willing to travel locally.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
Preferred Background: B2B Sales, FMCG, Telecom, Banking, Insurance or Service Industry.
