Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth and market share for the Consumer Lighting business.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Manage and strengthen distributor and dealer relationships.

- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market presence.

- Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.

- Drive distributor engagement and capability building through training.

- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams for business growth.

- Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.

Candidate Profile:

- 5-8 years of experience in Consumer Lighting, Electricals, FMEG, Consumer Durables, Switches, Wires & Cables, or related industries.

- Strong experience in Channel Sales, Distributor Management, and Market Development.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Result-oriented professional with strong commercial acumen.

- Maximum age: 35 years. (With Regular Graduate degree.)
