Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Area Head for our Pump Division who can lead sales, manage channel partners, and drive business growth in the Allahabad region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in channel & distribution sales, especially in the Pump industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage sales operations for the Pump Division in the assigned territory.

- Handle channel partners including distributors, dealers, and sub-dealers.

- Drive both primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly targets.

- Expand the retail network across urban and rural markets.

- Build strong relationships with influencers such as plumbers, electricians, and borewell contractors.

- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market insights.

- Ensure product visibility, branding,



and execution of sales promotions.

- Oversee stock planning, collections, and distributor performance.

- Conduct regular market visits to ensure coverage and identify new opportunities.

Skills & Requirements:

- Strong experience in channel sales and distributor handling.

- Background in Pumps industries.

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage influencers and drive retail sales growth.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare sales reports.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field activities.
