Position: Architectural and Structural BIM Coordinator

Site Office location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate architectural and structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
2. Review architectural models, including walls, doors, windows, ceilings, floors, stairs, and other building elements.
3. Review structural models, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, and structural framing.
4. Perform clash detection between architectural, structural, and MEP models using Navisworks Manage.
5. Identify, report, and coordinate the resolution of clashes and design discrepancies.
6. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP coordinators, consultants, and project teams.
7. Review model accuracy, completeness, levels, grids, dimensions, and alignment.
8. Prepare clash reports, coordination reports, and model review comments.
9. Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Development (LOD), and project BIM standards.

Review coordinated drawings, sections, elevations, and construction details.
11. Monitor model updates, design revisions, and coordination issue closures.
12. Support BIM Modelers in resolving modeling and coordination issues.
13. Ensure timely submission of coordinated models and drawings according to project requirements.

Required Technical Skills Autodesk Revit Architecture and Structure.

Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.

AutoCAD for drawing review and interpretation.

Knowledge of architectural and structural building elements.

Understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination.

Knowledge of BIM standards, BEP, LOD, and model quality control.

Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
