Role Description The Architect role at NESTOOD™ | A Dot Product is a full-time, on-site position based in Hubli-Dharwad. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, creating detailed designs, and preparing drawings and specifications for construction and interior projects.

This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of AI-driven solutions into architectural plans. The Architect will oversee design implementation on-site, participate in client meetings,



and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and sustainable spaces.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to AI-enabled construction and design workflows.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and related visualization tools.
- Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Relevant degree in Architecture or a closely related field; skilled licensing or registration is an advantage.
- Prior experience in tech-enabled or innovative construction environments is highly beneficial.
