Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. The candidate will assist in architectural design, preparation of drawings, 3D modelling, rendering, and project coordination for residential and commercial projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar software.
- Prepare building permit drawings and documentation.
- Assist in material selection, design development, and detailing.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and site teams.
- Participate in site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements.

Required Skills
- Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of V-Ray or other rendering software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of building construction and architectural detailing.
- Valuable communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala
