Understand, read and interpret interior design drawings and architectural plans accurately

Review and scrutinize drawings submitted by members to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations

Verify NOC-approved drawings and as-built drawings and communicate discrepancies through qualified emails

Conduct site inspections to identify deviations from approved drawings and permitted interior work

Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure necessary rectifications and compliance with approved plans

Prepare No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for members before commencement of interior fit-out work

Prepare and review drawings related to door shifting, wall demolition and wall construction and coordinate for committee approvals

Prepare permission letters for door shifting, wall demolition and wall construction

Use AutoCAD to prepare, modify and verify architectural and interior drawings





Coordinate with relevant teams and authorities for MMRDA and CFO approvals and compliance requirements

Prepare and verify documents, bonds, drawings and other technical submissions required for statutory approvals

Review strong room and safe-related proposals and ensure compliance with applicable requirements

Understand and verify Floor Space Index (FSI) calculations and Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR) 2034 requirements

Maintain records of drawings, NOCs, approvals, inspection reports and compliance documentation

Coordinate with internal teams, members, architects, contractors and relevant authorities to ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out activities

Prepare professional emails, reports and official correspondence in English using Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay: ₹49,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
