Key Responsibilities:

- Perform outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (A/R).

- Ensure timely collection of payments by effectively managing and prioritizing A/R accounts.

- Handle inquiries via phone and written communication to resolve unpaid or denied medical claims.

- Analyze medical insurance claims and identify reasons for denials or delays.

- Work in alignment with client requirements and project specifications.

- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and issue resolution.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- High energy level with a proactive and self-driven attitude.

- Ability to adapt to organizational culture and work requirements.

- Willingness to work in US shift (night shift).

Eligibility Criteria:

- Any graduate degree.

- Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in AR calling within the US Healthcare domain.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
