Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage outstanding accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve billing discrepancies and collect payments from patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
- Identify and address denial management issues by researching denied claims, appealing rejected claims, and negotiating settlements with payers.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as medical billing staff, physicians, and patient access representatives to resolve account-related issues.
- Utilize robust communication skills to effectively communicate with customers over the phone or through email correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
