Role & responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) for US healthcare Hospital Billing and Physician Billing.

- Follow up with US insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims and pending payments.

- Analyze and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.

- Contact insurance providers to obtain claim status and payment updates.

- Identify billing discrepancies and take appropriate corrective actions.

- Ensure timely follow-up on unpaid and partially paid claims.

- Maintain accurate documentation of claim follow-ups and account activities.

- Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.

- Follow US healthcare billing guidelines and applicable HIPAA requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing,



preferably in Hospital Billing or Physician Billing.

- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), AR Calling, denial management, and insurance follow-ups.

- Understanding of US healthcare insurance processes and medical claims.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work in rotational or US shifts, as required by the client.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.

- Freshers may be considered if the client accepts candidates without prior experience.
