Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Aptitude Trainer to train students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The trainer will help students strengthen their mathematical concepts, improve their reasoning abilities, and develop confidence in solving aptitude problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct aptitude training sessions for students.
- Teach quantitative aptitude topics such as percentages, ratios, averages, profit and loss, time and work, time and distance, number systems, probability, and permutations and combinations.
- Train students in logical reasoning, analytical reasoning, and data interpretation.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice worksheets, quizzes, and mock tests.
- Explain concepts using simple techniques,



shortcuts, and practical examples.
- Assess students' performance through regular tests and assignments.
- Identify students' learning difficulties and provide individual guidance.
- Monitor students' progress and help them improve their problem-solving speed and accuracy.
- Create an interactive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Coordinate with faculty members and academic departments to support students' learning needs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
