We are looking for enthusiastic and technically interested Apprentice Trainees to join our Network Department. The selected candidates will receive practical training in broadband internet and cable TV network installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians in broadband internet and cable TV installation and maintenance.
- Support optical fibre (FTTH), coaxial cable, and related network cabling activities.
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting internet connectivity and cable TV signal issues.
- Learn basic network equipment handling, including routers, ONT devices, modems, splitters, and related accessories.
- Assist in cable pulling, routing, dressing, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Support technicians during customer installations and service restoration.
- Follow safety procedures while working at customer premises and outdoor network locations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials properly.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: ITI, KGCE or ITC in a relevant technical trade.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome.
- Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in field locations and travel within the assigned service area.
