- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.

- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall functionality.

- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.

- Experience with application monitoring and incident management tools.

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support.

- Good communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Familiarity with business process workflows related to sales and incentive compensation systems.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.
