Position: Application Support Executive (Mumbai-based)

Roles & Responsibilities

Wide knowledge and understanding of Retail concepts.

Should be able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.

Software/application implementation at client locations as well as through remote implementation and support.

Coordinate with clients during implementation activities, understand business requirements, configure/test the application, and provide necessary support during go-live.

Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth adoption of the implemented solution.

Technical Knowledge

Understanding of databases and database-related troubleshooting.

Ability to test the system and identify functional and technical issues.

Functional Knowledge





Understanding of Inventory Management, Sales, Promotions, and POS.

Understanding of retail business processes and workflows.

Ability to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the final stages of a project.

Ability to understand client requirements and assist in implementing retail/POS/ERP solutions both onsite and remotely.**

Other Skills:Positive communication skills in English, team player, stakeholder management, and management skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
