Job Summary:
- Seeking an Application Production Support Engineer with mandatory hands-on Internet Banking application support, Middleware and Openshift (OCP) operations.
Primary Skills:
- Internet Banking application production support and troubleshooting.
- Middleware / OpenShift (OCP) operations.
- Monitoring and log analysis using Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana or equivalent tools.
- Incident management and SLA-based service restoration.
- OS patching support and application health validation.
Secondary Skills:
- Release deployments and Problem Management / RCA.
Screening Note: Search across Application Support, Production Support and Middleware Support titles. Validate Internet Banking experience during screening; general BFSI experience alone is insufficient.
