The Application Engineer will serve as the technical face of KHAAS Software Solutions for the ProtaStructure Suite, the company’s exclusively authorised ProtaStructure Suite partnership in India. The role will be responsible for managing the complete pre-sales-to-order-closure cycle for structural engineers and firms, including product demonstrations, client training, handling technical and commercial queries, preparing and issuing quotations, coordinating purchase order closure, and facilitating license activation in collaboration with the sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Protastructure Suite product demonstrations based on client requirements.
- Handle client calls, respond to enquiries, and understand technical and commercial requirements Deliver product training and provide technical support to clients.
- Handle technical and commercial queries related to ProtaStructure Suite.
- Prepare and issue quotations as per company pricing policies.
- Coordinate purchase order closure and license booking.
- Facilitate license activation in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects and clients.

Skills & Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering.




- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in structural design, preferably in high-rise building projects and Steel detailing ,client-facing technical roles are preferred.
- Knowledge of RCC design, structural analysis, steel detailing with relevant Indian design codes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the regional language (Marathi for Pune/Mumbai; Kannada for Bangalore).
- Ability to handle client calls, technical discussions, and product demonstrations confidently. Positive presentation, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
- Familiarity with structural design softwares;
- Ability to prepare quotations and coordinate with sales and technical teams.
- Must have a personal laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection for the work from home.
