Qualification Criteria- B.E Electrical

Mandatory Skills –

Work hrs – 12 PM – 10 PM

Working knowledge of UL, NEMA, CSA standards and LV distribution systems

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering

Typically 3–8 years of relevant experience

Experience in LV Switchgear, Busway, PDU (Power distribution Unit), RPP(Remote power panel), Power Distribution or related electrical products

Experience in Application Engineering/Estimation/Quotation

Working knowledge of UL, NEMA, CSA standards and LV distribution systems

Working knowledge of single line diagrams, electrical specifications

Experience supporting data center, industrial, commercial or critical power projects preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. Quotation / Pre-Order Support

Review customer RFQs, specifications, SLDs, layouts, BOQs and datasheets.

Understand customer technical and commercial requirements.

Configure appropriate UL LV Switchgear, PDU, RPP and Busway solutions.

Select major components including ACBs, MCCBs, metering, protection devices,



busbars and accessories.

Prepare technical and commercial quotation packages.

Develop compliance/deviation statements, assumptions, exclusions and technical clarifications.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing and lead-time information.

Perform quotation reviews for technical accuracy and completeness.

Support Sales during customer technical clarification and quotation revision cycles.

2. Order Management / Post-Order Support

Review customer PO against the final quotation and identify technical or commercial deviations.

Perform PO processing.

Conduct order handover to engineering

Maintain order documentation, technical clarifications and revision history.

Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Project Management for order execution.

Track engineering inputs, customer approvals, material requirements and key project milestones.

Manage customer-driven changes and ensure change-order / variation impacts are identified.

Support resolution of technical and commercial queries during execution.
