Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Application Architect with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Python to design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

This is a predominantly hands-on engineering role, requiring 8090% involvement in architecture, coding, implementation, and deployment, with the remaining time focused on technical guidance and mentoring.

The role offers an opportunity to work on modern solutions across public health, healthcare data exchange, analytics, AI-driven applications, and enterprise web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Define application architecture, system design, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
- Build responsive and modern user interfaces using React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Design and implement microservices-based and distributed application architectures.
- Develop integration solutions and event-driven systems using Apache Kafka and other messaging technologies.
- Participate actively in coding, code reviews,



application modernization, and solution implementation.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, release management, and production readiness.
- Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for application development and deployment.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, reliability, maintainability, and security.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UI/UX, Data, and AI teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers while remaining actively involved in hands-on development.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on development experience in Java, preferably Java 17 or later.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and REST API development.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Development experience with Python.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture, system design, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Apache Kafka, messaging systems, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment management, release management, and production support.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.

Good to Have

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.




- Exposure to AI-enabled or AI-driven application development.
- Experience working on analytics and reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with healthcare technology, public health platforms, or large-scale data exchange systems.
