Minimalistic Garments Exports Pvt. Ltd. is a Mumbai-based apparel manufacturing company working with emerging and established fashion brands. We combine garment production, sampling, technology, and practical on-ground execution to help brands build better products.

About the role

We are hiring two Apparel Production, Operations & Content Interns for a three-month paid internship.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to understand how a garment manufacturing business works—from inventory and production coordination to order dispatch, measurements, documentation, and content creation.

The role will be approximately 70% production and operations and 30% social media/content support.

Key responsibilities

- Update and maintain inventory and order records in SaarViK.
- Assist with order packing, dispatch coordination, and documentation.
- Follow up with masterjis, tailors, printers, embroiderers, and other production partners.
- Take and record garment and sample measurements accurately.
- Assist with sample tracking, size charts, production sheets, and material organisation.
- Support day-to-day coordination between the office and production floor.
- Document production activities through photographs and short videos.
- Assist with social media content ideas, captions, and basic content planning.
- Help maintain an organised, accurate,



and timely workflow.

What we are looking for

- A fresher or early-career candidate who is genuinely willing to learn.
- Valuable attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using digital systems.
- Clear communication and confidence interacting with team members.
- Interest in apparel, production, operations, fashion, or social media.
- Willingness to work on-site and spend time in a garment production environment.
- Prior apparel or social media experience is helpful but not essential.

Learning and growth Both interns will receive exposure to apparel production, inventory systems, order management, garment measurements, production coordination, and brand content.

Each intern will have shared responsibilities, with individual ownership assigned based on strengths and adaptability.

This is a three-month paid internship. Strong performers may be considered for a permanent position after the internship. The permanent role and compensation would be discussed separately based on performance and suitability.
