Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize, design, and develop seasonal apparel collections aligned with brand strategy and client requirements.
- Conduct trend research, mood board creation, and colour forecasts relevant to target markets.
- Design tech packs with accurate detailing, measurements, and construction notes for factory sampling.
- Collaborate with fabric and trim suppliers to source innovative, sustainable materials.
- Work closely with factories and merchandisers for product development, sample approvals, and production follow-up.
- Prepare and deliver professional design presentations to clients and internal teams.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong design skills in wovens
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of AI-driven design tools such as Google Gemini, Clo3D, and Canva.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and pattern techniques.




- Strong market sensibility and ability to visualize consumer-centric designs.
- Factory coordination and sample development experience.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work with cross-functional teams and international vendors.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant design experience in branded or export-oriented apparel companies.
- Robust portfolio showcasing a balance of creativity, technical skills, and commercial viability.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and open to continuous learning and innovation
