About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and execution-oriented skilled to join the

Strategy & Transformation team

. The ideal candidate should have a consulting-oriented problem-solving approach and strong hands-on skills in

Excel, SQL, and Power BI

. The role involves business analysis, strategic initiatives, and driving measurable improvements across business and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Analysis:

Structure business problems, analyse trends and performance gaps, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.

- Data Analytics & BI:

Use advanced Excel and SQL to analyse large datasets and build Power BI dashboards to track business and operational KPIs.

- Strategy & Transformation:

Support strategic projects, map processes,



identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvement, automation, and digitalisation initiatives.

- Program Management:

Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs; identify risks and ensure timely execution of initiatives.

- Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate insights, and drive action items to closure.

- Management Reporting:

Prepare presentations, dashboards, and concise reports to communicate insights, business impact, and recommendations to leadership.
