Salary

2–5 LPA (per annum), inclusive of PF and other applicable benefits for experienced candidates and will be determined based on their current salary and relevant experience.

Join our genomics laboratory working on Oxford Nanopore and Illumina sequencing platforms. You will run samples from receipt to result across genomics and proteomics workflows, with quality and traceability at every step.

Key responsibilities

- Perform laboratory testing and analysis as per SOPs.
- Receive, log, store and handle samples according to SOPs and chain-of-custody rules.
- Perform genomics workflows: nucleic acid extraction, QC, PCR and NGS library preparation.
- Perform proteomics assays such as ELISA and protein quantification.
- Operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.




- Record experiments and results accurately in lab notebooks and LIMS.
- Follow laboratory safety, biosafety and quality procedures (GLP).
- Prepare reports and communicate test results to the team.

What we are looking for

- M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry or Life Sciences with 2+ years of hands-on lab experience.
- Practical skills in molecular biology (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis).
- Knowledge of DNA sequencing and NGS platforms (Illumina, Oxford Nanopore) is highly desirable.
- Basic bioinformatics familiarity is a plus.
- Careful, methodical and positive at documentation.
