Seeking candidates with 0–4 years of experience in client services or operations within the financial markets domain, preferably in exchange-traded derivatives. Strong understanding of financial products, particularly derivatives, with the ability to handle client queries and provide timely resolutions via email. Responsible for meeting defined SLAs and KPIs, maintaining process accuracy, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Ability to support daily operations, assist managers in issue resolution, and contribute to process improvements, controls, and operational efficiency.

- Understand client queries and requirements, investigate issues and solve problems
- Provide solutions-oriented responses via email
- Interact with clients to solve their queries withing the given SLAs – Email
- Optimize processes, improve processes and review quality
- Independently handle clients – establish self as a valued partner
- Create daily reports providing volume details along with analytics

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Graduation (B.Com./BBA/BBM/BCA) or Post Graduation (CA/M.Com./MBA/MCA/PGDM).
- 0–4 years of experience in executing operations or providing client services support in the Exchange Traded Derivatives space or financial markets domain.
- Valuable knowledge of Financial Markets, Derivatives, and market definitions.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel (Basic and Advanced).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
- Should be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to continuously learn and upgrade skills.
- Ability to work with teams across time zones and cultures.
