Visa is seeking a Analyst to be a member of the Visa Early Careers, Talent Acquisition team. Early career recruiting is one of the most strategically consequential pipelines Visa builds — the interns, new graduates, and rotational program participants hired today become the engineers, product managers, and business leaders who will shape Visa's next decade. This team designs and executes the full early careers talent journey, from campus attraction and employer branding through onboarding and rotation program delivery, across global and regional markets.
As an Analyst on this team, you will own relationships with a defined set of core universities, activate campus events, and manage the candidate attraction and screening work that fills Visa's early careers pipeline with diverse, high-caliber talent. You will partner closely with campus recruiters, hiring teams, Inclusion & Diversity, and Employee Resource Groups to ensure every candidate interaction reflects Visa as an employer of choice. For someone who wants to build deep recruiting expertise at the intersection of talent strategy, employer branding, and program operations — with exposure to global hiring programs and cross-functional TA leadership — this role offers both the scope and the visibility to grow quickly.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.

- Screen applicants and deliver qualified shortlists to Talent Acquisition partners, proactively identifying patterns in candidate quality and pipeline health to flag gaps or opportunities
- Support Keep Warm engagement initiatives and conversion tracking to sustain candidate interest from offer through onboarding
- Contribute to Strategy Intake Meetings alongside Talent Acquisition partners and hiring teams, bringing campus-market knowledge and candidate attraction insights to inform hiring plans
- Partner with cross-functional TA teams — including Recruiting, Inclusion & Diversity, and Employee Resource Groups — to find, manage, and train volunteers for recruiting events and engagements
- Support program operations including orientation and rotation program logistics, compliance reporting, and workforce planning inputs that sustain Visa's long-term early careers pipeline
