Experience required: 5-8 years

Education: Bachelors or Masters in Electronics/Electrical or VLSI engineering

Interview Levels: 2

- R1: Virtual
- R2: F2F(Both interviews will happen on the same day)

Primary skills:

- Understanding and Design knowledge in Serdes domain
- STA concepts
- Exposure to Cadence Virtuoso tool

Positive to have (secondary) skills:

- Timing characterization
- EM-IR concepts
- Strong hands on experience in SerDes and/or DDR circuit design in advanced technology nodes, including FinFET.
- Solid understanding of power-performance trade offs in high speed SerDes designs.




- Direct experience across all design analysis phases, including:

1. Functional analysis
2. Static timing
3. Electrical sign off

- Strong understanding of how process variation impacts design performance.

Job Responsibilities:

- Circuit design
- Run AMD tools and project execution
- Release PHYs to SoC
