We’re Hiring: Amazon & E-commerce Operations Associate The Heat Studios is looking for a Junior Amazon & E-commerce Operations Associate to work across multiple brands and e-commerce projects.

This role is suitable for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who wants to build strong hands-on experience in Amazon and e-commerce operations.

This is not just a data-entry or listing-upload role. You will work directly on live brands, learn how marketplace businesses operate, and gradually take ownership of day-to-day Amazon operations.

What you’ll work on:

- Amazon Seller Central day-to-day operations
- Product listing creation and updates
- Catalogue and listing issue resolution
- Inventory and stock monitoring
- Order, return and account health monitoring
- Amazon Seller Support cases and follow-ups
- Basic Amazon Ads monitoring and reporting
- Daily sales and advertising performance reporting
- Keyword, competitor and pricing research
- Product and category research
- A+ Content and listing optimisation support
- Supporting new product and brand launches on Amazon
- Supporting Shopify and other e-commerce platforms when required

You will also be expected to spend dedicated time on learning and research so that your understanding of Amazon and e-commerce continuously improves.

Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon Ads or e-commerce internships is an advantage, but not mandatory for strong freshers .

This role is best suited for someone who wants to build a reliable career in marketplace and e-commerce operations rather than general social media or digital marketing.
