Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, specify, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage project sales activities, including generating leads, making presentations, and negotiating deals to meet business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in architecture or related field (e.g., interior design).
- Strong knowledge of building materials, sanitary ware products, specifications writing for commercial buildings.
- Excellent business development skills for identifying recent opportunities and growing existing client base.
