Key Responsibilities:

- Develop high-quality 3D surface models using Autodesk Alias.
- Create and refine automotive exterior and interior surfaces.
- Perform Class-A surfacing and maintain high standards of surface quality.
- Interpret design sketches, concept designs, and 2D references into 3D models.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to achieve design intent and technical feasibility.
- Perform surface refinement, continuity checks, and quality validation.
- Incorporate design feedback and deliver models within project timelines.

Required Skills

- Solid proficiency in Autodesk Alias, including NURBS surface modelling.
- Good understanding of automotive design and surfacing principles.
- Knowledge of surface continuity (G0, G1, G2)



and Class-A surfacing standards.
- Ability to interpret automotive design sketches and develop accurate 3D models.
- Good understanding of automotive exterior and interior design elements.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Transportation Design or Industrial Design (B.Des / M.Des).

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with 45 years of relevant experience in Alias modelling and automotive surfacing.
