About us

Blend builds AI systems and training content for India’s largest automotive brands. Our work ranges from RAG-based knowledge assistants and voice agents to full training programmes — classroom decks, illustrated manuals, and video. We’re adding someone to own the generative-media side of that output.

What you’ll do

- Produce finished video using AI generation tools (Veo, Runway, Kling, Sora or similar) — from script and shot list through to delivered cut
- Generate and retouch stills for decks, manuals, thumbnails and title cards
- Write and iterate prompts that hold character, vehicle and brand consistency across a sequence — this is most of the job
- Combine generated footage with client-supplied footage, stock, graphics and voiceover into a coherent deliverable
- Work to automotive brand guidelines, where an incorrect grille, badge or trim line is a rejected deliverable
- Handle the unglamorous parts: upscaling, frame fixes, lip-sync,



versioning, format exports

What we’re looking for

- A portfolio of AI-generated video and image work — we care far more about this than about years of experience
- Fluency with at least two video generation platforms and one image platform (Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana, Secure Diffusion, Seedream, etc.)
- Working editing skills: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut, plus Photoshop or an equivalent
- Prompt discipline — you can explain why a shot failed and fix it, rather than rerolling until something sticks
- Ability to take a written script and return a watchable video without hand-holding
- Valuable written English; comfort with Hindi is a plus

Nice to have

- ComfyUI workflows, LoRA training, or any local-model experience
- Motion graphics (After Effects)
- AI voice tools (ElevenLabs or similar)
- Interest in cars — you’ll be looking at a lot of them
