Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled AI Trainer & AI Developer with 4–5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing AI-based applications, training and evaluating AI models, preparing technical training materials, and mentoring students or trainees in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, and hands-on experience implementing AI technologies, along with proven skills in technical training and project development.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Development

- Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered applications and solutions.
- Develop and implement Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and AI APIs.
- Use Python and relevant AI/ML libraries to build and optimize applications.
- Perform data pre-processing, model evaluation, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Explore new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies for practical implementation.

AI Training

- Conduct technical training sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, practical exercises, and project assignments.




- Explain complex AI concepts through hands-on demonstrations and real-time projects.
- Mentor students and trainees in developing AI-based projects.
- Evaluate learner progress through assignments, assessments, and project reviews.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of data pre-processing, model training, testing, and evaluation.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or M.Sc./MCA in a relevant discipline.
- Practical experience developing AI/ML projects.
- Knowledge of APIs, Git, FastAPI/Flask, or cloud-based AI services is an added advantage.
- Experience in technical training, mentoring, or academic instruction is preferred.
